Don’t let his signature smile fool you, Russell is serious about service. He has extensive experience in the industry – both front of house and back of house – 8 years as a server at Max’s Wine Dive, and 14 years as the lead morning cook at Ibiza working alongside Charles Clark. He has been with Harold’s in the Heights since December of 2014, where he rapidly rose the ranks to Captain Server and Assistant Manager. Russell has exceptional culinary skills, and his wine knowledge and guest hospitality are unrivaled, but his greatest source of pride and joy is his daughter, Amy.
